"To assure our clients get the attention they need, services are by appointment only. Please book in advance and give a 24 hour cancellation notice. Our 24 hour (48 hour for weekends) cancellation policy states that missed appointments are charged the amount of the service(s) not to exceed $200; same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service(s) not to exceed $200. To reschedule/cancel your appointment, you must CALL the spa, not email.

If your scheduled service is a gift card, failure to show makes the card invalid unless 24 hour prior notice is given. Sorry, no refunds on gift cards.

We accept all major credit cards and debit; however we are unable to accept gratuity on credit cards.

If you are in the infectious stage of a cold/flu/herpes outbreak (cold sore/fever blister), or any transmissible disease, please reschedule your appointment!

For your comfort, if you arrive more than 5 minutes early, please wait in the Hotel lobby or the seating area on the 7th floor. We work back to back with the door locked.
