If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you must notify us 24 hours (48 for weekends) in advance to allow time to contact those on the waiting list to take your place, or if they are willing, switch with you. For cancellations within a 24 hour period, please call the spa at 646.884.8990, otherwise you can email any rescheduling requests. There is a 50% charge for late cancellations. Missed appointments are charged the amount of the service, not to exceed $200. Thank you in advance for your respect. Emergencies and illnesses are of course understood last minute! We want you healthy and happy!
